The current issue of the CE-Pro "workbook" has well over 100 "worksheets". These are selected using the "tabs" as shown by the mouse below.

The pages are laid out so that, in general, the user should work from left to right.
The initial pages allow the user to input the basic data of the craft and its systems. Thereafter the pages follow the Essential Safety Requirements (ESRs) of the Directive.
To help the User, the tabs have also been colour coded:
Whenever the user selects an option or enters data on which other requirements might depend, CE-Pro runs some background code (macros) to hide requirements that are not applicable and to reveal those requirements that are. This is evident to the User as the program will "jump" momentarily as the required changes are made.

For example, ISO 10088 Fuel Systems (that relates to ESR 5.2) covers both petrol and diesel systems. Once the User selects the fuel grade, as shown above, CE-Pro automatically adjusts itself to present the User with only the pertinent parts of the standard. This saves a great deal of time reading through hundreds of inapplicable clauses.
The program also ensures that you only need enter parameters once. For example, very many standards depend upon the craft's hull length. CE-Pro requires this value and other values to be entered just once. It also means that if an error is made, only one change is required. This also saves contradiction errors between different parts of the Technical File and also the Owners Manual.
